For this project we helped out this client who was having issues with water intrusion from the rain accompanied with years of termite damage as a consequence. The original plywood siding had just about rotted and was barely holding on so we recommended replacement and the customer decided to go with stucco. We took advantage of putting in new insulation where it was needed once we had completed the demo, this would make a big difference in controlling the temperature in the bedroom compared to its previous state. After applying new plywood around the whole structure and waterproofing all seams and edges we continued with a base layer and a second coat of cement before applying the final color coat of stucco. The customer was very happy with the end result!!
